[Firebird-odbc-devel] Encrypted passwords on Linux?

Hello,

We are using the Firebird ODBC driver on Linux, storing DSN parameters
in the odbc.ini file. We are currently storing the database password in
clear text in the odbc.ini file, and are facing a requirement to encrypt
this password.

Does the Firebird ODBC driver support use of encrypted passwords on
Linux? If so, how would we go about encrypting the password?
